• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights .
• Shape and communicate our vision and mission .
• Translate brand strategy into plans and go-to-market initiatives .
• Lead creative development process with our agency partners .
• Set performance goals including sales targets and brand health indicators .
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI .
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’

activities .

• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities .
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions .
• Lead innovative growth initiatives in relation to product and packaging innovations .
