Senior Software Engineer - I (Full Stack)

Planview is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - I (Full Stack Developer), in Bengaluru, India, to join the Development (Release and Verify) team. You will own full-stack feature delivery from backend services to UI for Planview's SaaS product line, working in a collaborative, hybrid team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using C#/. NET Core on the backend and React on the frontend.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support product functionality.
• Write and maintain SQL Server schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
• Build and maintain automated end-to-end tests using Cypress and unit tests using Vitest.
• Manage Git/Bitbucket workflows, branching, merge strategies, and pull request reviews.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable, fast delivery.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering tools (e. g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to speed up development, code review, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with QA, product, and design to deliver features end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with the DevOps team.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code quality and review practices.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6-9 years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Backend: C#/. NET (. NET Core) building scalable services and APIs.
• Frontend: React, building modern, responsive UI components.
• Database: SQL Server schema design, queries, and performance basics.
• API Design: REST API design and integration.
• Source Control: Git/Bitbucket branching, merge/rebase, PR reviews.
• CI/CD: Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing: Cypress for end-to-end test automation.
• AI-Assisted Engineering: Comfortable using AI coding assistants (e. g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) for day-to-day development, evaluated as part of the interview process, at the interviewer's discretion.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Caching: Redis.
• Cloud: AWS, CloudFront.
• Legacy UI: ExtJS.
• Testing: Vitest for unit testing.
• Containerization: Docker.
• AI/LLM Integration: Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into applications (e. g., Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration frameworks).
• AI Code Quality Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered code analysis tools (e. g., GitHub Copilot Autofix, SonarQube).
