At Playlist, we'rereimagining how technology can fuel meaningful, real-world experiences. We'reseeking a strategic Senior Compensation Analyst to design and elevate our compensation programs, ensuring we attract, retain, and motivate top talent across our global organization.

The Role You'll Play

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking, leveragingindustry-leading survey data and analytical tools to maintaincompetitive compensation strategies 

• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to develop nuanced offer recommendations and conduct strategic employee pay reviews 

• Design and maintainrobust salary structures, job architecture, and dynamic pay ranges that reflect market trends and organizational needs 

• Create compelling dashboards, predictive models, and executive-level reporting that transform complex compensation data into actionable insights 

• Champion paytransparency and ensure rigorous compliance with evolving regulatory requirements 

• Architect and refine incentive programs that motivate and align with our company's strategic objectives 

• Drive continuous improvement of compensation tools, processes, and analytical methodologies 

 The Experience You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, with deep expertisein the technology sector 

• Comprehensive understanding of compensation surveys, market pricing methodologies, salary structures, and job leveling frameworks 

• Proven experience supporting compensation strategies across multiple countries, with nuanced knowledge of US and international market pricing dynamics 

• Advanced analytical capabilities, with mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and compensation management tools 

• Demonstrated experience managing complex compensation cycles (experience with Pave, Dayforce, Workday is a plus) 

• Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders 

• Strong business acumen with outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills 

• Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a proactive sense of ownership and strategic thinking 

• Experience supporting compensation in multiple countries and familiarity with US and international market pricing 

• Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
