• Delivered numerous customer analytics projects on time and within scope
• Established dbt and Snowflake best practices, standards, and code review processes that the team consistently follows
• Created and documented reusable code patterns, project templates, and technical assets
• Team members demonstrate measurable growth in dbt expertise, code quality, and project delivery confidence
• Zero critical data quality issues in the first 30 days post-handoff on all delivered solutions
• Team members report positive feedback on technical mentoring, code review quality, and leadership
• Comprehensive, customer-ready handoff documentation for all delivered projects
• Proactive identification of customer expansion opportunities
