Responsibilities:

• Manage the VIP Players as a group as well as one-on-one communication.
• Increase players' engagement with the game and their retention.
• Function as a "middle-man" between the game and the player, by manufacturing strong relationships and understanding the player's professional and personal needs. 
• Hold an ongoing conversation with the players, and provide an immediate answer to any questions and problems that occur on all available platforms (email, messenger, in-game VIP Chat).
• Use your virtual persona and use social media as a platform of engagement with players.  
• Quick response and support according to target times set with independence. 
• Responsible for creating custom content for the players, working hand in hand with creative and monetization teams
• Understand studio KPIs and Objectives in order to craft custom-made effective strategies for different segments.
• Deliver insights and conclusions that contribute to the business, produce basic analytical reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the product and studio updates to deliver proper service to the VIP customer

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English - both written and spoken
• Microsoft Office - medium level
• Able to think forward and have work plans for the upcoming week/month. 
• Ability to understand the activity of other departments for a business vision that will help provide the best possible customer experience.
• Ability to participate in high level cross-functional teams and contribute with high level professional knowledge.
• Willingness to take on additional wider projects on the daily role according to abilities and strengths.
• Experience in handling customers' requests.
• High level analytical knowledge to operate multiple CRM systems
• Monetization knowledge.
• Time management & prioritization skills
• Resourcefulness and open-mindedness
• Ability to adapt to different environments and changing priorities.
