Key Responsibilities:

Deliver technical support for computers, applications, email, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot company hardware and software.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, IT assets, and technical records.
Resolve IT issues efficiently and coordinate escalated concerns with vendors or external service providers.
Assist with cybersecurity, data protection, system maintenance, and cloud-based technology initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows, hardware, software installation, networking, and Google Workspace.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with knowledge of IT asset management, cybersecurity, or cloud systems as an advantage.
Willingness to work onsite and provide technical support during company events; relevant IT certifications are a plus.
