Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist to support daily financial operations, Accounts Receivable processing, cash application, account reconciliation, and month-end closing activities. The successful candidate will process transactions in SAP, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records, and maintain compliance with established operating guidelines and internal controls.

The role will also support Treasury-related initiatives, participate in system testing and process improvements, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable O2C operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily O2C transactions in SAP, including incoming receipts, AR clearings, sundry invoices, credit notes, bad debt write-offs, bank uploads, adjustments, and journal entries.
• Review and process MyRequest templates, ensuring that all required information and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with request initiators to clarify missing or incorrect information and ensure timely transaction processing.
• Perform bank statement processing, transactional matching, bank and open-item clearing, and account reconciliation.
• Ensure that daily transactions and month-end closing activities are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
• Prepare routine financial reports and analyses, monitor operational performance, and support KPI reporting.
• Investigate and resolve O2C-related issues through root cause analysis and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Execute and document assigned J-SOX controls and ensure compliance with company policies, global operating guidelines, and internal procedures.
• Support Treasury projects, system testing, new process implementation, and operational stabilization initiatives.
• Collaborate with other process teams and business entities to address transaction-related concerns and maintain service quality.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, strengthen controls, and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide process guidance and assist in training new team members as required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, or financial operations.
• Proficiency in SAP or SAP HANA.
• Working knowledge of AR transaction processing, cash application, bank and general ledger reconciliation, and journal entries.
• Experience in month-end closing, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of J-SOX controls and compliance requirements is an advantage.
