Media Manager

We are seeking a skilled and driven Media Manager to lead the execution and performance of marketplace media campaigns. This is a client-facing role that requires hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and/or Mercado Libre Ads, as well as the ability to build strong client relationships, translate business goals into actionable media strategies, and clearly communicate campaign performance and recommendations.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary client-facing contact for marketplace media, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted partner.
• Lead regular client conversations around campaign performance, strategy, optimizations, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic media roadmaps, including test plans and risk/benefit analyses.
• Translate client business objectives into marketplace media strategies and tactical execution plans.
• Present performance insights, results, and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear and actionable way.
• Use data-driven insights and problem-solving skills to continually optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Manage and mentor marketplace specialists, setting clear goals, timelines, and development plans.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and accountability.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on marketplace media experience, including direct experience managing campaigns on Amazon Ads and/or Mercado Libre Ads.
• Proven client-facing experience, including leading client meetings, presenting campaign performance and recommendations, and managing ongoing client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace advertising, campaign optimization, performance analysis, and media strategy.
• Experience with additional advertising or marketplace platforms is a plus.
• Experience with LATAM eCommerce and retail media is highly valued.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach junior staff, and drive results through others.
• Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts; macros are a plus) and familiarity with media platforms such as PacVue, Sellics, Teikametrics, or Perpetua.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote, global environment.
