WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Handle customer enquiries and provide assistance via WhatsApp and email using customer service tools
- Assist customers with insurance, payment, renewal, road tax, and policy-related enquiries.
- Follow up with customers for required documents or information.
- Monitor and manage customer tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and insurers to resolve customer issues.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure all customer interactions and case updates are properly recorded in the CRM.
- Follow company SOPs and service standards.
Requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and responsible.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Customer service or insurance experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work hours with rotational shift
