Project Manager
We are on the lookout for a communicative and enthusiastic Project Manager for long-term projects for our clients in the chemical, food, pharma and other industries.
In this role, you will coordinate and follow up on a diverse portfolio of engineering projects, combining technical expertise with project coordination to meet customer expectations and deliver successful outcomes.
What you will do:
Analyze stakeholder requests to create actionable plans that cover scope, objectives, budgets, and resources.
Communicate and distribute Polytek’s terms and conditions to clients, assessing their financial viability.
Manage accounts by identifying additional services aligned with project scopes or potential opportunities.
Oversee changes in project scope, budgets, resources, and quality to ensure all deliverables meet predefined objectives.
Foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to resolve challenges and provide project guidance.
Manage client invoicing, including invoice generation, discussions with clients, and monitoring payments.
When needed, deliver final 3D models, technical specifications, and project deliverables to the client.
Requirements
Who you are:
You have:
Experience in project engineering with a strong knowledge of the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices in engineering.
Expertise in project management and familiarity with construction techniques, materials, and quality management systems.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings.
Software expertise in MS Projects, Navisworks, Construction Cloud, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
