IT Project Manager

The roleYou'll own IT and data projects end to end, from understanding the business problem andanalysing the data to delivering the solution and measuring results. You'll work closely withoperations staff, customers, developers and vendorsExample projects- Data warehouse: Lead the design and rollout of a central warehouse that combines operational systems, customer feeds, transport platforms, GPS and spreadsheets. Define requirements and KPIs, design the data model, oversee pipelines with developers or vendors, and set data quality and access rules. The goal is a single source of truth for reporting, analysis and future AI.
- Fleet performance: Use the warehouse to track on-time delivery, trip times, truck utilisation and cost per trip, and turn it into dashboards management actually uses.
- New ERP system: Lead the selection and rollout of an ERP to replace our legacy system, from requirements and vendor selection through data migration, integration with dispatch and the warehouse, training and go-live.Who you'll work with- Management: priorities, findings and progress reports- Operations: understanding problems, testing and training- Developers: tasks, reviews and release approval- Partners (fuel companies, transport platforms, GPS providers): data feeds and integrationsKey responsibilities- Plan and deliver projects with clear scope, timeline, budget and success criteria- Gather requirements and write specifications and acceptance criteria- Prioritise developer and vendor work; manage contracts and integrations- Report status, risks and decisions needed to management and customers- Plan UAT, go-lives and support, with controlled production changes- Analyse operational data to find root causes and recommend improvements- Define KPIs per project and measure results before and after go-live- Build dashboards- Train users and maintain documentation and metric definitions

Qualifications

ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2+ years in project management and/or business or data analysis
Strong in Excel; comfort turning large datasets into a clear story
Experience with dashboard tools
Able to explain technical findings to non-technical users
Strong organisation and follow-through
Good English and Thai
Some technical knowledge - Python (pandas), APIs or data pipelines
Logistics or supply chain background (TMS, ERP, fleet/GPS)
Fluency in using AI tools
