Senior Solution Engineer NORAM

Join Powell Software as a Senior Solution Engineer for North America. In this remote role, you will partner with the Sales team to drive strategic growth across the US and Canada. You will lead consultative discovery workshops, support strategic enterprise deals, enable and grow the partner ecosystem, create and maintain technical assets, and contribute to customer and partner satisfaction throughout the full sales cycle. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and 10+ years of experience in technical presales or solution engineering are required.

Missions

• Lead consultative discovery workshops, tailored demos, and solution design sessions to drive strategic growth.
• Support strategic enterprise deals, including RFP responses, solution scoping, and technical bid defenses.
• Enable and grow the partner ecosystem through webinars, events, and technical training, while creating and maintaining technical assets.

Profil recherché

* Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive)

* Hands-on experience configuring and deploying solutions in M365 environments

* Understanding of cloud/SaaS fundamentals, Azure concepts, and security basics

* Familiarity with digital workplace governance, adoption, and change management

* Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and M365 analytics is a plus

* Powell Software experience is a plus
