We’re looking for a Founding Tech Recruiter to build out our team as we embark on our next phase of growth. Someone smart - connected to the tech world - that moves, operates fast and efficiently - a superstar, a pirate. You'll operate as a strategic partner in the heart of the startup ecosystem, pioneering how we find, attract, and engage the world’s best talent.

You’re a Fit If You…
Have 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in-house or at a search agency
Are at ease in startup environments and thrive amid ambiguity, rapid iteration, and high growth
Communicate clearly-both written and verbally-and make every candidate feel valued
Are well-connected, respected by peers, and have a personal brand in the recruiting community (e.g., active LinkedIn, trusted network)
Care deeply about quality, processes, and candidate experience
Are excited to work flexibly-this role is fully remote and freelance-friendly
Nice to Have
Previous experience recruiting at early-stage startups or high-growth tech companies
Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or B2B talent markets
Enjoy writing or speaking about recruiting, talent, or startup culture
