External Relations & Delivery Agent – Runner Clerk

About the Role:

As an External Relations & Delivery Agent - Runner Clerk, you will represent DB-El Sewedy Railway Operation Egypt before governmental and non-governmental entities while supporting day-to-day administrative and office operations. The role involves handling external errands, coordinating with authorities and service providers, and ensuring timely completion of assigned administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations and facilities to support smooth administrative workflows.
• Carry out external administrative missions and represent the company at different locations as required.
• Coordinate with the Social Insurance Office and Labour Office for relevant administrative requirements.
• Liaise with the Immigration Office and the National Authority of Tunnels regarding assigned administrative matters.
• Coordinate with post offices, hospitals, medical committees, banks, and other external service providers as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage several administrative priorities.
