Обязанности:

Развитие и структурирование отдела продаж в сегменте масс-маркет косметики

Управление командой и выполнение планов продаж

Развитие действующих контрагентов и увеличение объемов продаж

Привлечение новых клиентов и расширение географии продаж

Развитие дистрибуции и новых каналов продаж

Переговоры с ключевыми клиентами и торговыми партнерами

Анализ рынка масс-маркет косметики и поиск точек роста

Формирование стратегии продаж и участие в развитии бренда

Мотивация и развитие команды менеджеров

Требования:

Опыт руководства отделом продаж от 3 лет

Успешный опыт активных продаж и развития клиентской базы

Опыт работы с ключевыми клиентами и ведения переговоров

Понимание KPI и инструментов управления продажами

Системный подход, сильные управленческие и аналитические навыки

Опыт в масс-маркет косметике, FMCG или beauty-сегменте - обязателен

Инициативность, лидерские качества и ориентация на результат

Условия:

Место работы: м. ВДНХ, м. Ростокино, м. Ботанический сад

График работы: 5/2 с 09:00 до 18:00

Официальное трудоустройство по ТК РФ с первого рабочего дня

Оклад: 150 000 рублей на руки + KPI
