Product Manager

At Pretius we are looking for a Product Manager to a large-scale e-commerce platform development.

Project / Role

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for ML scoring capabilities supporting Sponsored Offers.
• Define product vision, problem statements and measurable outcomes aligned with business objectives.
• Lead product discovery and roadmap planning, balancing business value, user needs and technical feasibility.
• Prioritize initiatives based on KPIs, experimentation results and business impact.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science and business stakeholders to deliver scalable ML-enabled products.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, communicate product strategy to senior stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout delivery.
• Use AI-assisted product discovery and synthesis techniques to accelerate decision-making and improve product outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing digital products and delivering medium-term product strategies (6-12 months).
• Strong ability to define customer problems, product vision and measurable business outcomes.
• Practical understanding of Machine Learning-powered products and collaboration between Product, Data Science and Engineering teams.
• Strong business acumen with experience prioritizing initiatives using KPIs in e-commerce, advertising or marketplace environments.
• Experience working with product analytics, including SQL literacy, experiment interpretation and product metric design.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across technical and business teams, including Director-level stakeholders.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve product discovery, prioritization and decision-making.
• English level B2+.

Nice to have

• Experience in AdTech, ranking or recommendation products.
• Experience working with experimentation platforms and A/B testing.
• Experience collaborating with platform teams on data or ML capability roadmaps.
• Understanding of auction-based monetization models and related product trade-offs.
