Als Teamleiter für den Bereich Technik Circular IT (m/w/d) (m/w/d) bist du die fachliche und personelle Schnittstelle am Standort Nieder-Olm. Du übernehmst die Führung deines Techniker-Teams und steuerst die effiziente Aufbereitung, Zertifizierung sowie Konfiguration unserer Workplace- und Enterprise-IT.

Du bist gefragt

  • Führung & Entwicklung: Du führst, förderst und entwickelst dein Technik-Team, führst jährliche Mitarbeitergespräche und sorgst für ein motiviertes Arbeitsumfeld.
  • Prozess- & Systemoptimierung: Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe im Technikbereich, treibst Systemoptimierungen voran und nutzt ERP- sowie Logistiksysteme (WMS / DILOS) sicher.
  • Technik- & Projektsteuerung: Du koordinierst Test/Audit, Datenlöschung (Blancco/Certus), Imaging und Refurbishment (Workplace & Enterprise). Bei Projekten und Sonderfällen übernahmst du die technische Aufsicht und unterstützt das Service Management.
  • Verantwortung & Sicherheit: Du zeichnest Dokumente in Vertretung (i.A.), stellst die Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Datenschutzvorgaben sicher und begleitest gelegentlich Vor-Ort-Einsätze beim Kunden.

Du bringst mit

  • Ausbildung & Führung: Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker) sowie ca. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Hardware-Service inklusive fundierter Führungskompetenz.
  • IT- & Systemkenntnisse: Tiefes Wissen im Bereich Hardware-Testing, Grading, Datenlöschung (z. B. Blancco) und Deployment (Windows/Apple Images) - idealerweise ergänzt durch Hersteller-Zertifizierungen (z. B. Cisco, HPE, Lenovo).
  • Arbeitsweise: Hohe Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsstärke und Gewissenhaftigkeit gepaart mit ausgeprägtem Verantwortungs- und Kostenbewusstsein.
  • Persönlichkeit: Vorbildfunktion mit hoher Sozialkompetenz - du agierst diskret, loyal, wertschätzend und als echter Teamplayer.
