Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Java to streamline testing cycles and reduce manual intervention.
- Execute comprehensive functional and regression testing suites to ensure product stability across complex system architectures.
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to define acceptance criteria for UAT, ensuring seamless alignment between technical delivery and business requirements.
- Lead testing efforts within Scrum and SAFe frameworks, facilitating sprint planning and retrospective sessions to continuously improve quality processes.
- Manage defect lifecycles and track resolution progress using JIRA, ensuring transparency and accountability across the development team.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in test automation and code quality to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Experience : 7 - 9 years in Automation Testing
Desirable : Experience in large-scale enterprise/service provider deployments and banking or payment solutions.
Total Experience : 7 - 9 years
