Job Description & Summary

PwC Poland’sDigital&IPA team comprisesalmost 500people. We are responsible forIT projects for Polish and international clients. The number of tasks we undertake is extensive: from design, building and implementation, through preparation of functional specifications and analysis of data in source systems, to the definition of business requirements, support in testing and development of mobile applications. The department provides IT consulting services, mainly tofinancial institutions from Poland and abroad.

We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

DevOps Engineer | Digital&IPA (freelance)

Your future role:

• Building andsetting up new development tools and infrastructure (CI/CDpipeline implementation),

• Implementing AI workflows into CI/CD pipelinesto improve development and release processes,

• Implementing IaaCsolutions baseon project requirements(Terraform / Bicep),

• Identifyingtechnical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’,

• Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.

Apply if you:

• Have strong and comprehensive knowledge of Linux systemsanddeploying applications on Kubernetes (Helm, Ingressetc.),

• Have expert knowledge on delivering scalable, resilientand automated builds in local and cloud environments using Azure DevOps for high-quality pipelines,

• Have expertiseand practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code approach (Terraform is preferred),

• Possess detailed knowledge and experience in working with networking components, protocolsand security (e.g.Subnets, Firewalls, Routing, DNS, http, TLS/SSL, etc.),

• Have expert knowledge on patching and upgrading of different platforms (security vulnerabilities like SSL and TLS shortcomings, certificatesand cipher strengths),

• Possess practical experience with Azure (preferred), AWSorGoogle Cloud,

• Know scripts to automate day-to-day tasks,

• Haveexperience: 2-3 years.

Nice to have:

• One of top cloud providers (Azure / AWS/ GCP) certifications,

• Azure solution architect expert (AZ-305) certificate,

• Understand vulnerability scanning using tools like Veracode, Gradar, Qualys or Similar
