Job Summary

We are looking for a IT Systems & Network Engineer - Level II with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies, networking, firewalls, and IT infrastructure support. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an MSP environment and be comfortable managing multiple client environments and troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level II technical support for client infrastructure and end-user environments.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune, including device management and configuration.
  • Administer SharePoint Online and troubleshoot access and configuration issues.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Online, including mailboxes, mail flow, and email-related issues.
  • Configure and troubleshoot routers and switches.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot multiple firewalls across different client environments.
  • Troubleshoot servers, workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and related infrastructure issues.
  • Handle escalated technical issues from Level I support and provide appropriate resolution.
  • Work across multiple client environments while maintaining proper documentation and security standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Escalate issues when required and ensure timely resolution according to service requirements.

  • Experience handling Level II technical escalations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and client-facing skills.
