Senior .Net Developer/Technical Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL Server, and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering and system design skills, experience building scalable applications, and the ability to lead and mentor developers, drive technical decisions, and contribute to solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET / .NET Core / .NET 6+.
- Architect and implement microservices-based and distributed applications.
- Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core / Web API.
- Build and integrate modern front-end applications using Angular / React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and data access layers.
- Work with Entity Framework / EF Core for application data access.
- Implement integrations with third-party systems and external APIs.
- Participate in solution architecture, system design, and technical decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to developers.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize application performance.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment automation.
- Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive technical improvements, engineering best practices, and innovation across the development team.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, .NET 6+
- ASP.NET Core, Web API, RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and Distributed Systems
- SQL Server, Database Design, Entity Framework / EF Core
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns
- Front-end experience with Angular / React, JavaScript / TypeScript
- HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
- Experience with Docker and containerization
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Git / GitHub / GitLab or other version control systems
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS
- Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ / Kafka
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong experience in technical leadership, solution design, and team mentoring
