Key Responsibilities:
- Documenting operational processes
- Crafting optimization and improvements to current processes
- Implementing changes to processes, both online and offline, including supporting software and IT platforms
- Assist with after-sales activities including customer service, operations and service recovery
- Any other duties as required
Requirements
- Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving and writing skills
- Adaptable, open-minded and comfortable to work with change in a dynamic environment
- Team player and able to work well with others in a team
- Good organisation skills, takes initiative and learns independently
- Ability to respond to customers and provide excellent service
