Notre client, spécialisé dans les services scientifiques, recherche un(e) Coordinateur(trice) QHSE Prestataires pour rejoindre leur équipe et intervenir sur le site de l'un de leurs clients majeurs en pharmaceutique.

Vous serez le/la garant(e) de la sécurité et de la conformité (QHSE) lors des interventions de nos sous-traitants sur site.

Vos missions :

  • Gérer les accès et formations des prestataires
  • Accueillir les prestataires sur site
  • Réaliser des évaluations de risques en laboratoire
  • Collecter les documents requis (habilitations, certificats, plans de prévention...)
  • Participer au processus d'approbation des fournisseurs
  • Contribuer au renouvellement des plans de prévention
  • Centraliser les protocoles des sous-traitants
  • Maintenir à jour les bases de données de suivi

Profil recherché :

  • Bac+2/Bac+3 (scientifique ou ADV) ou expérience équivalente
  • Expérience en environnement labo, pharma ou industriel
  • Connaissances QHSE appréciées
  • Anglais professionnel, bonne maîtrise de MS Office
  • Rigueur, sens du service, esprit d'équipe
  • Permis B
