The Job Family for PHC Sales and Detailing encompasses roles that contribute to the growth and development of our sales department. These roles focus on detailing products to healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate representation of our brand, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Job Description: This role is part of the PHC Sales and Detailing Job Family. As a Band 1 employee, you will support and assist in executing strategies within your team or organization. You will be focused on specific tasks or segments within the sales department, often at a local or site level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports and assists in executing strategies in team / organization
• Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance
• Focuses on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team / organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives
• Works under direct supervision, follows well-defined precedents and policies
• Develops basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements

Job Qualifications

• MBA
• Experience in Pharma industry preferred
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to follow guidelines and procedures
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
• Prior experience in sales or detailing is a plus but not required
