As part of the PERSOLKELLY group, we offer long-term career pathways and opportunities to grow within a national business.

Programmed Facility Management has recently been awarded a new contract at Tropicana and Sunrise Dam, and we’re expanding our team to support ongoing operations.

This is a unique opportunity to join during a key mobilisation phase, while working alongside an established, high-retention crew. You’ll step into a structured, supportive environment where you can influence site culture, shape programs, and make a genuine impact on resident wellbeing.

Working on an 8:6 FIFO roster out of Perth, this role is suited to someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and understands the importance of wellbeing in remote operations.

What’s on offer

  • $106,146 + Super
  • 8:6 FIFO roster out of Perth
  • Join a new contract with an established team already in place
  • Strong site culture with excellent retention
  • Accommodation, meals, PPE and uniforms provided
  • Access to employee benefits and support programs
  • Ongoing career progression and professional development opportunities

The Opportunity

As Lifestyle Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for delivering social, recreational, and wellbeing initiatives that enhance the day-to-day experience of residents on site.

This is a hands-on, engagement-focused role, where you’ll connect with a diverse workforce and create opportunities for interaction, recovery, and overall wellbeing in a FIFO environment.

You’ll play a key role in building a positive, inclusive “home away from home” culture across the village.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and deliver social, recreational and sporting activities
  • Organise themed events, competitions, and community engagement initiatives
  • Deliver fitness and wellbeing programs, including group sessions and recovery-based activities
  • Promote upcoming events through communications, calendars, and site engagement
  • Support residents with general health, fitness, and wellbeing guidance
  • Contribute to site inductions to promote available lifestyle services
  • Maintain activity records and provide basic reporting
  • Ensure all activities are delivered in line with WHS and site requirements
  • Work collaboratively with Village Management and other departments

About You

You’re a people-first professional who enjoys engaging with others and creating a positive, inclusive environment.

You’re confident working independently, building relationships, and delivering initiatives that improve morale and wellbeing in a FIFO setting.

You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a FIFO or mine site environment (required)
  • Background in fitness, wellbeing, recreation, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage a diverse workforce and encourage participation
  • A proactive, organised approach to planning and delivery
  • A genuine passion for health, wellbeing, and community engagement
