Position: US IT Recruiter / Senior US IT Recruiter
Location: Noida (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift
Experience: 2+ Years in US IT Staffing
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, TechFetch, CareerBuilder, and other platforms
Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
Build strong talent pipelines and maintain ATS records
Negotiate rates and manage candidate onboarding
Collaborate with SI clients such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, and more
What We're Looking For
Strong understanding of US Staffing, IT technologies, and recruitment lifecycle
Knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Visa Types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.)
Hands-on experience with job portals and ATS tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
