Junior Industrial Application Support Analyst (Outsource)

• Monitor and support industrial applications (PCS & MES) to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

• Provide technical support to production users and troubleshoot application-related issues.

• Assist in identifying system errors, investigating root causes, and following up on reported incidents.

• Use basic SQL queries to retrieve, validate, and analyze data.

• Support database maintenance, barcode systems, scanners, and production-related IT activities.

• Participate in MES implementation, system testing, and improvement projects.

• Coordinate minor project activities and follow up on tasks and deliverables.

• Assist in preparing technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

• Support routine system checks, software updates, and basic scripting activities.

• Collaborate with IT, production, and engineering teams to ensure system reliability and minimize production downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Alexandria Residence is a must.

• Good knowledge of SQL fundamentals (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, INSERT, UPDATE).

• Good understanding of IT fundamentals, databases, and operating systems.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Good English command, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (Python, Java, C#, PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of Windows or Linux environments is a plus.

• Exposure to IT support, databases, MES, ERP, or industrial applications through internships or academic projects is an advantage.

• Willingness to work on shifts and provide on-call support when required.
