[Remote] AI Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PropertySuite is hiring an AI Developer to build and maintain features across its live property platform. The role covers end-to-end feature delivery, integration maintenance, access-rule verification, and measurable code quality.

Responsibilities

• Ship features end to end: scope, build, prove it works, hand over a pull request that can be merged in minutes
• Keep the integration layer healthy: the WhatsApp AI, mail and drive sync, scheduled jobs, payment webhooks and the market data sync
• Treat access rules as part of the feature, not as an afterthought. Every change is checked as at least two roles
• Keep quality measurable: type checks, tests and security advisories clean before a merge, not after a bug report

Skills

• Genuinely AI-native. You already build this way and can show what came out of it
• Strong with Next.js and Postgres
• Able to work from a short brief without a specification being written for you
• Honest about what is verified and what is assumed
• Fluent English
• Supabase and row level security specifically are a real plus
