As a Data Analyst for Talent Finding, you will serve as the analytical engine driving our global sourcing, recruitment, and talent onboarding strategies. In this specialist role, you will be responsible for transforming raw talent acquisition, community demographics, and project pipeline data into actionable strategic insights.

You will analyze recruitment marketing efficiency, forecast language-specific supply gaps, monitor community engagement metrics, and build advanced dashboards. Your work will directly empower our Talent Finding and Management teams to scale up highly specialized, multilingual teams at a rapid pace to meet critical client demands.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Recruitment Analytics

• Collect, clean, and analyze high-volume data from applicant tracking systems (ATS), community portals, and external sourcing channels.
• Evaluate the ROI of recruitment marketing campaigns, job board spend, and local community outreach strategies.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel, from initial application and vetting/testing to onboarding and project assignment, proposing data-driven process optimizations.
• Create reporting solutions that go beyond basic dashboards, including advanced metrics, trend analysis, segmentation, and automated insights.
• Leverage AI tools and agents to automate analysis, reporting and data validation.

Capacity Planning & Supply-Demand Forecasting

• Partner with Talent Management and account teams to analyze upcoming project pipelines and resource demands.
• Analyze existing community capacities across specific locales, language tiers, and specialized subject-matter domains
• Develop predictive models and gap analysis reports to alert recruiters to looming talent shortages, enabling proactive sourcing campaigns.

Reporting, Dashboard Development & KPI Tracking

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track key recruitment metrics (e.g., Cost Per Hire, Time to Onboard, Pass Rates, Community Drop-off Rates).
• Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly talent operations reviews to senior leadership, providing clear narratives behind the numbers.
• Standardize data collection methodologies across talent finding and management teams to ensure alignment.

Data Governance & Integrity

• Maintain high standards of data hygiene and integrity within our global community management databases.

Skills & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role, ideally with a strong focus on Talent Analytics, Workforce Planning, Operations, or within a high-volume global crowdsourcing/localization model.
• Data Manipulation: Advanced SQL skills are required for querying and merging large, complex relational databases.
• Data Visualization: Proven proficiency in designing interactive dashboards in Power BI, or similar BI tools. Spreadsheet modeling experience: Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of translating complex raw datasets into executive-level strategic advice.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical insights clearly to non-technical business partners.
• Autonomy: Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of analytical initiatives with minimal supervision.
