Location and schedule:

German Inside Sales Representative Athens - join a hybrid B2B technology sales project with major international business clients and IT decision-makers.

• Location: Athens, Neos Kosmos
• Hybrid: 4 office days + 1 home-office day per week
• Possible start: 26.10
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00
• No shifts and weekends off
• Permanent full-time contract

Project:

Join a B2B project for one of the world’s leading technology manufacturers. You will work with large international companies and growing SMEs across the German market.

You will speak with IT managers and other decision-makers, develop business accounts and recommend suitable technology solutions.

As a German B2B Inside Sales Representative you will:

• Manage and grow relationships with German-speaking business clients
• Contact IT managers and decision-makers by phone and email
• Generate new opportunities through targeted outbound sales
• Understand business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions
• Support renewals and identify upselling opportunities
• Manage your sales pipeline, CRM data and targets

Competitive salary and remuneration system:

• Base salary: 1,350 gross/month x14
• Fixed project bonus: 100 gross/month
• Welcome bonus: 100 gross/month for the first 6 months
• Productivity bonus: 250 gross/month at 100% target, paid quarterly
• Additional earning potential for overachievement, where applicable
• Meal card: 3 net per worked day (approx. 60 net/month), increasing to 6 net per worked day (approx. 120 net/month) after one year

Average monthly gross package: 1,700-1,800 gross/month + meal card.

Requirements:

• German at C1/C2 level
• English at B2 level or higher
• Previous B2B sales or account management experience is required
• Confidence in outbound communication and speaking with decision-makers
• Commercial mindset and strong communication skills
• You live in Athens or are ready to relocate
• EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece is required.
