Sales Executive

• Develop new dealers and sales accounts throughout assigned territories.
• Visit existing dealers regularly to build relationships and increase sales.
• Introduce and promote PROTECH badminton, pickleball, footwear, apparel and accessories.
• Identify new opportunities with sports shops, clubs, academies, coaches and corporate customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up quotations, orders, payments and customer requirements.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
• Work with the marketing team on promotions, product launches, tournaments and dealer activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines and weekly sales reports.

Sales & Account Growth

• Identify and develop new dealers, sports shops, clubs, academies, coaches and corporate accounts across your assigned territory to expand market reach for ABSOLUTE PROTECH SPORTS (M) SDN BHD.
• Proactively open and grow accounts by presenting our PROTECH badminton, pickleball, footwear, apparel and accessories to decision makers.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets through consistent pipeline activity and disciplined account progression.

Customer Engagement & Operations

• Visit existing dealers regularly to build trust, resolve issues, and increase order frequency.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, confirm orders, chase payments and ensure customer requirements are met.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Monitor competitor products, pricing and local market activity and feed actionable insights to the team.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipelines and submit clear sales reports.
• Track key metrics and suggest small, practical adjustments to territory plans to improve results.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous sales experience is preferred, ideally in sporting goods, FMCG, retail, distribution or dealer sales.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets at a territory or dealer level.
• Comfortable and confident meeting customers face-to-face and developing new accounts.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into orders and collect payments promptly.
• Basic reporting skills to keep accurate customer records, update pipelines and produce weekly reports.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and field activities.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Results-driven attitude with persistence and professional handling of objections.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the marketing and operations teams when needed.
• A genuine interest in badminton, pickleball or sports is an advantage, and you should have your own transport and a valid driving licence.
