IT Systems Support Engineer
- Be a key point of contact for Australian clients, handling support calls with confidence and professionalism
- Build strong client relationships and communicate clearly with both technical and non- technical users
- Work with our Australian team on projects and service improvements
What We're Looking For
Excellent spoken and written English. This is essential, as you'll be speaking with Australian clients daily
2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, ideally in an MSP or service desk environment
Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals and general
troubleshooting
- Proven customer-facing experience, with a calm, professional phone manner
- Ability to work independently, prioritise well and make sound decisions under pressure
- Ability to work Australian business hours
