Reporting to the Team Lead of Competence Development, you will be part of the Distribution Risk team. Your role is to support the governance and execution of Pre-Transaction Checks (PTC) to ensure adherence to Sales Advisory Process, Market Conduct standards, and regulatory requirements.Job Descriptions:
Monitor and review PTC outcomes to ensure consistency, quality and adherence to established governance standards
Perform independent validation of PTC assessments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal guidelines
Conduct targeted sampling and quality assurance reviews of outsourced PTC work to ensure consistency and control effectiveness
Review sales documentation and customer interactions (e.g. call/email surveys, where applicable) to identify potential trend or market conduct risks
Identify control gaps, process deviations and recurring issues and recommend appropriate remediation and control enhancements
Analyse PTC findings to derive trends and generate insights on key risk areas and emerging conduct concerns
Ensure all findings are accurately classified, well-documented and escalated in a timely and consistent manner
Support follow-up actions arising from PTC reviews, including coaching requirements, remediation actions, and escalation to relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with Distribution, Risk & Compliance, and Learning & Development teams to uplift sales advisory standards and improve overall quality
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the PTC framework, including process improvements, automation initiatives, and control strengthening
Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned
Education / Professional Qualification & Experience:
Degree or Diploma in any discipline
3-5 years of relevant experience in the insurance or banking industry
Understanding of Sales Advisory Process will be an advantage
High attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate findings and engage stakeholders effectively
