Support the effective delivery of the organisation’s Reward & Performance agenda through accurate administration, analysis, coordination and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, performance management, mobility, employee share plans and job architecture processes.

The role is accountable for consistent, high-quality outcomes within defined programmes and processes. The incumbent applies professional judgement to resolve recurring and moderately complex matters, works collaboratively with stakeholders, and escalates material exceptions, policy decisions and risks to the appropriate functional leader.

Job Description:

1. Compensation and Reward Operations

· Support annual salary review, bonus and incentive processes, including employee data preparation, validation, calculation checks, system input and process tracking.

· Maintain salary structures, compensation records, market reference data and related process documentation.

· Conduct compensation analysis and market benchmarking to support decisions on competitiveness and internal equity.

· Prepare recurring and ad hoc reward reports, management information and employee communications.

· Coordinate with HRBPs, Payroll and Finance to ensure approved reward actions are implemented accurately and on time.

2. Performance Management Support

· Coordinate and support annual, mid-year and other performance management processes in accordance with the approved framework and timeline.

· Maintain guidelines, tools, templates, system data and communication materials for managers and employees.

· Monitor completion, data quality and process issues, and provide timely follow-up and reporting.

· Analyse performance outcomes and identify operational improvement opportunities for review by the Reward & Performance Lead.

· Support manager and employee enquiries and escalate complex policy interpretations or exceptions.

3. Benefits and Wellbeing Administration

· Support the implementation and ongoing administration of employee benefits and wellbeing programmes.

· Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain service quality, employee communications and accurate processing.

· Monitor benefits utilisation, cost trends and operational issues and prepare supporting analysis.

· Maintain relevant records and support programme reviews, audits and compliance activities.

4. Mobility Administration

· Support the administration of international assignments, short-term assignments, transfers and other cross-border employee movements.

· Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal / Tax advisers and external vendors to ensure mobility cases are processed accurately and consistently.

· Prepare and maintain assignment documentation, employee records, cost tracking and management reports.

· Support employee communications relating to relocation, assignment benefits, payroll arrangements and mobility policies.

· Monitor operational timelines and compliance requirements and escalate potential tax, immigration, payroll or policy issues to the appropriate specialist or leader.

5. Employee Share Plan Administration

· Support the administration of employee share ownership, equity award and related share plan processes.

· Coordinate employee eligibility, enrolment, grant, vesting, exercise or settlement events in line with approved instructions and plan rules.

· Liaise with Payroll, Finance, regional teams, external brokers and vendors to support accurate and timely processing.

· Maintain participant records, transaction files, reconciliations, reports and employee communication materials.

· Support governance, audit and statutory reporting requirements and escalate discrepancies or exceptional cases promptly.

6. Job Architecture, Analytics and Reporting

· Support job evaluation, job architecture records and grade alignment activities using approved methodology and governance.

· Produce reward, performance, mobility and share plan dashboards and analysis for business and HR stakeholders.

· Apply advanced Excel, HRIS and other digital tools to improve data quality, reporting accuracy and efficiency.

· Support pay equity, workforce cost, programme utilisation and reward effectiveness analysis.

· Convert data into clear observations and practical recommendations within the scope of assigned work.

7. Stakeholder Service, Governance and Improvement

· Provide timely and professional support to HRBPs, people managers and employees on defined Reward & Performance processes.

· Work collaboratively with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal / Tax and external service providers to resolve operational matters.

· Ensure adherence to approved policies, internal controls, confidentiality standards and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

· Maintain audit-ready documentation, accurate records and appropriate handling of sensitive employee and reward data.

· Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work and improve stakeholder experience through standardisation, automation and responsible use of AI.

· Escalate material risks, policy exceptions and decisions outside delegated authority.

· Act as operational owner for Reward and Performance related system process. Coordinate testing, UAT and enhancement activities.
