RTR Supervisor
Job Description:
The successful candidate will form part of the Finance Shared Services leadership team and will be responsible for overseeing record-to-report activities, financial reporting processes, month-end close cycles, and audit support. You will lead a team of finance professionals, ensuring performance standards are met while driving process optimisation, continuous improvement, and strong financial controls. The role also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with reporting requirements.
Skills & Experience:
- Lead and develop a Record-to-Report team within a shared services environment
- Manage team performance through KPI reviews, coaching, and development
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Maintain and strengthen financial controls and governance frameworks
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation
- Manage stakeholder relationships across finance and the broader business
- Review reporting outputs and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Support systems enhancements and finance transformation initiatives
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in a Financial Controller, RTR, or similar finance leadership role
- Proven experience managing a team of at least 7-8 direct reports
- Demonstrated experience conducting performance reviews and KPI management
- Shared Services Centre experience strongly preferred
- Strong IFRS knowledge and exposure
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong ERP systems experience (experience with cloud-based ERP platforms advantageous)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Qualification:
- Professional accounting qualification preferred
