We are seeking a Digital Content Producer who is both imaginative and technically proficient to take charge of planning, filming, editing, and publishing premium video and visual assets across our digital channels.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong body of work, be capable of managing the entire production process from start to finish on their own initiative, and have a clear grasp of what makes content perform well on social media.
Key Responsibilities- Create and edit both short-form and long-form video material for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Film and edit promotional clips, reels, client testimonials, event coverage, podcasts, and educational pieces covering study abroad and immigration subjects.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects.
- Produce thumbnails, social media visuals, and branded marketing materials.
- Deliver on monthly content schedules in partnership with the marketing team.
- Tailor content to suit each platform's format, algorithm, and target audience.
- Carry out colour grading, audio improvement, and final rendering to broadcast standard.
- Maintain and organise all digital media assets, project files, and content archives.
- HND or B.Sc Degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media, or a closely related discipline.
- Two to four years of professional experience in video production and digital content creation.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Photoshop.
- A verifiable portfolio of social media content.
- Clear understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and content optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with motion graphics, audio editing, and on-location filming.
