We are looking for a Junior Sustainability & Market Intelligence Specialist - Intern to join our office in Milan.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and projects at European level
- Support ESG related activities, including data collection, analysis and preparation of sustainability materials aligned with CSRD/ESRS requirements
- Contribute to sustainability culture initiatives, internal communication projects and stakeholder engagement activities
- Support market intelligence activities through research, benchmarking and analysis of market trends and competitors
- Prepare presentations, reports and project updates for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with different functions and contribute to cross-functional projects
You are the right fit if you have/are:
- Master’s degree in Sustainability Management, ESG, Economics, Management Engineering or related fields
- Basic knowledge of sustainability topics, ESG frameworks and corporate sustainability reporting
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure information clearly
- Good project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Proactive attitude, curiosity and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Previous internship or project experience in sustainability, ESG consulting or corporate sustainability
- Knowledge of CSRD/ESRS regulation and sustainability reporting
