Prysmian is an Italian manufacturer of energy and telecommunications cables and systems headquartered in Milan. It makes high-voltage submarine and underground power cables, cables for power distribution, construction and industrial uses, and optical fibre and copper cables for telecom networks, and it also installs submarine and land cable links for grid operators. The group traces its roots to the cable business Pirelli started in 1879, took the Prysmian name after Pirelli sold the unit in 2005, and has since acquired Draka, General Cable and Encore Wire.

Are you energized by solving complex technical challenges, leveraging data to drive decisions, and implementing automation that delivers measurable results? Prysmian's Claremont Fiber Manufacturing Facility is looking for a highly motivated Process Control Engineer to join our engineering team and play a critical role in advancing the technology, quality, and performance of one of the world's most sophisticated optical fiber manufacturing operations. This is more than a traditional engineering role. You'll combine process engineering, automation, data analytics, and continuous improvement to optimize manufacturing processes, improve product quality, and develop the next generation of automated manufacturing solutions. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies while collaborating with engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, and global technical teams to make a direct impact on plant performance.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy turning data into action, and want to help shape the future of advanced manufacturing, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
