We are looking for an HR Manager to manage our Menzel site :
The HR Manager will play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness, supporting business, fostering employee engagement, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
The position requires strong expertise in labor relations, workforce planning, payroll, as well as change management in a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrates the ability to build trusted relationships with employees, managers, employee representatives, and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Proven HR experience in an industrial or multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of Tunisian labor law and employee relations.
Experience managing union and employee representative relationships.
Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
Fluent in Arabic and French; English proficiency is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization and support business.
