Junior Program Management Intern

Responsibilities:

• Customer Onboarding: Own the coordination of new customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live. Gather requirements, track dependencies, coordinate setup, and make sure customers always know what comes next.
• Customer Success: Stay close to customers after onboarding. Track adoption, follow up on open items, understand challenges, and make sure customers are getting value from the product.
• Program Management: Keep customer programs moving. Track timelines, action items, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple accounts and flag anything that could delay progress.
• Product and Customer Enablement: Build a strong understanding of Publive's AXP products. Help conduct product walkthroughs and training sessions and explain workflows clearly to customers.
• Cross-functional Execution: Work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, and other teams to resolve customer requirements, unblock issues, and ensure smooth execution.
• Documentation and Process Improvement: Maintain onboarding checklists, customer notes, FAQs, guides, and internal playbooks. Identify recurring problems and help turn them into better processes.
• Voice of Customer: Capture customer feedback, questions, and recurring pain points and turn them into useful inputs for Product and CX.
