As a Managed Services- Consolidation Manager you will oversee client support workstreams focused on outsourced process delivery, data review, enrichment, processing, quality controls, and escalation handling within our Managed Services practice. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach and develop team members, manage performance, and guide work through clear planning, timely execution, and practical problem solving while upholding integrity and authenticity. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Kolkata, you will apply project management skills, process improvement thinking, and technology-enabled delivery to help clients streamline operations and reduce cost while contributing to a consistent service experience across multiple engagements.
Responsibilities
- Leading managed services client workstreams focused on consolidation, process execution, and service delivery across finance operations
- Managing team assignments, reviewing deliverables, and coaching staff to support performance, timelines, and client expectations
- Overseeing data review, enrichment, processing, and reconciliation activities tied to outsourced reporting and operational processes
- Validating quality control procedures, monitoring service level metrics, and addressing process gaps through corrective actions
- Coordinating client service activities across fund, financial reporting, and net asset value oversight functions
- Reviewing financial documents, contract materials, and compliance records to support accurate processing and escalation handling
- Applying technology-enabled tools and process documentation to improve workflow consistency and operational efficiency
- Identifying opportunities to streamline recurring activities, reduce manual effort, and strengthen service delivery across complex operating environments
What You Must Have
- CA / CA Inter / CMA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com.
- Consolidation & Financial Reporting Expertise: 8-9 years of experience in consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, financial statement preparation, regulatory reporting, month/quarter-end close, and accounting governance.
- Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Proven people management experience with strong stakeholder engagement skills, driving team performance, workload management, escalation handling, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Controls & Process Improvement: Strong background in controls, compliance, KPI management, SOP/documentation, process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives; hands-on experience with Excel and ERP systems (Oracle/Sigma preferred).
