As a MuleSoft Integration - Manager you will lead integration workstreams that design, build, and support connected solutions across APIs, middleware, and enterprise platforms within our Advisory practice. As a Manager you will guide teams, coach team members, manage performance, and bring structure to complex delivery work while applying sound judgment, business awareness, and technology skills. In this role at PwC, you will help shape client-facing integration delivery, coordinate timelines and deliverables, and contribute to digital transformation efforts through solution design, testing, and deployment support.
Responsibilities
- Leading MuleSoft integration workstreams across enterprise platforms and digital transformation initiatives
- Managing client delivery activities from requirements gathering through solution design, build, testing, and stabilization
- Directing teams in API management, middleware, and system integration using MuleSoft and adjacent technologies
- Translating functional and technical requirements into integration solutions that connect applications, data, and processes
- Reviewing architecture, design, and code to validate alignment with integration patterns, security needs, and quality expectations
- Coordinating planning, prioritization, budgeting, and delivery timelines across multiple implementation efforts
- Coaching team members on integration development, troubleshooting, release practices, and technical documentation
- Identifying integration risks, resolving delivery issues, and addressing client concerns throughout project execution
- Applying knowledge of CI/CD, testing, and software development methods to support dependable deployment of integration solutions
- Guiding improvement of reusable services, automation, and platform usage to advance delivery efficiency
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
