Sobre el proyecto

Desde el equipo de Q-tech colaboramos con una startup tecnológica que ha desarrollado -prácticamente al 100%- un producto propio dentro del sector de la sostenibilidad: un dispositivo físico capaz de identificar automáticamente el material que un usuario deposita para reciclar (plástico, vidrio, etc.) mediante sensores e IA embebida, y que recompensa ese gesto a través de una app móvil o tarjeta NFC.

El producto ya está desplegado en decenas de ubicaciones en la vía pública, además de instalaciones en campings y colaboraciones con administraciones y empresas de gestión de residuos.

Al operar 24/7 en la calle, la fiabilidad es crítica: cada fallo implica una incidencia real en campo. Por ello existe un ecosistema propio de automatización de tests sobre firmware y hardware, que ahora buscamos que tú mantengas, escales y fortalezcas.

Tu misión

  • Automatización de tests: mantener y ampliar el framework (Python + Robot Framework), diseñando nuevos casos de prueba para funcionalidades de firmware.

  • Pruebas sobre dispositivos reales: regresión, estrés e integración, ejecutadas directamente sobre hardware físico (la app móvil se emula para comunicarse con el framework).

  • Fixtures de test: evolución y mantenimiento de los fixtures usados en producción/fabricación (test eléctrico y test funcional de fin de línea).

  • Colaboración transversal: trabajo conjunto con Firmware, Hardware y DevOps, integrando los tests en el pipeline CI/CD.

  • Documentación técnica en Jira/Confluence (inglés técnico de lectura/escritura).

  • Autonomía, pensamiento crítico, proactividad

  • Comodidad en entornos startup con prioridades cambiantes

Condiciones

  • Barcelona (metro Bon Pastor) · Modelo híbrido:

    • Oficina: martes a jueves

    • Teletrabajo: lunes y viernes

  • Horario flexible · Jornada intensiva los viernes

  • Contrato indefinido

  • Salario: 40-50K € brutos/año según experiencia
