Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud / Customer Data Platform (CDP) Consultant with strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have current, practical experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, calculated insights, data governance, and integration with multiple enterprise data sources.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement data ingestion pipelines into Salesforce Data Cloud from multiple sources, including Salesforce CRM, web/digital channels, mobile applications, and offline/external enterprise systems.

- Configure and manage Data Cloud data models, data streams, data mappings, and transformations.

- Implement and manage Identity Resolution rules and reconciliation strategies to create unified customer profiles.

- Develop and maintain Calculated Insights to support business and customer analytics use cases.

- Establish and maintain data quality, governance, privacy, and compliance standards within Data Cloud.

- Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Data Cloud solutions.

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- Mandatory : Current hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Salesforce CDP.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and capabilities.

- Hands-on experience with Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Transformations, Identity Resolution, and Calculated Insights.

- Experience integrating data from multiple sources such as CRM, web, mobile, APIs, databases, and offline systems.

- Strong understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT, data transformation, and customer data management concepts.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Data Cloud certification or relevant Salesforce certifications.

- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce platforms.

- Experience with APIs, middleware, ETL tools, SQL, and cloud data platforms.

- Experience working on enterprise-scale customer 360 or CDP implementations.
