At Network Aviation, we’re incredibly proud of our West Australian heritage. Since 1998, we’ve been providing air charter services to destinations throughout WA and beyond. We’ve grown in this time, and in 2011 became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group.

The Ground Services Trainer will see you be responsible for Ground Services training activities, including identifying, coordinating and delivering training to ensure our business is compliant with regulatory requirements. This role will suit someone who enjoys facilitating both classroom training and hands on training to front line colleagues within an operational environment.

You will have:

  • Previous training experience within an operational environment considered highly advantageous
  • Previous exposure to Ground Services environment considered advantageous
  • Superior verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to coordinate a diverse range of activities
  • Report writing skills
  • Systems management experience or training
  • Dangerous Goods Awareness
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable but not essential)
