Follow-up on correct documents for visas

Responsibilities
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Process all documents for visa application.
- Fill up the Seamen visa application form on the IT system.
- Follow up with immigration co-ordinators for the applied visa and their status.
- Update customer on visa status.
- Follow-up with customers for appropriate documents for visas
- Prepare the list of visas and related data for invoicing.
- Prepare and organise the list of visas and related data for audit purpose.
- Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards
- Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
