KeyResponsibilities

HRAdministration&Compliance

·Consolidate,track,andreportonstaffannualleave.

·Ensureproperfilingandretrievalofprojectdocuments.

·Prepareandsharemonthlyprojectanalysisreports.

·Maintainlegalcomplianceofstatutoryrequirements

·RequisitionstaffIDsand project materials uponapproval.

Onboarding&EmployeeRelations

·Supportnewstaffonboarding,induction,andorientation.

·Fosterpositiveemployeerelationsbyaddressinggrievances,conductinginvestigations,and guiding conflict resolution.

·Raise disciplinaryissues and follow up for closure peremploymentlawandcompanypolicy.

Training&PerformanceManagement

·Coordinate learning and development

programs

·Developandmaintainaperformancemanagementsystem(goalsetting,reviews,feedback).

·Ensureallstaffhavejobdescriptionsandrole-specificKPIs;prepareappraisalschedules.

·Providetrainingoncompanypoliciesandprocedures.

Recruitment

·Identify project recruitmentneeds and support in the recruitment process

·Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process

including job adverts, shortlisting, interview scheduling and reference checks

Policy

Implementation and Compliance:

·Support the implementation and communication of HR

policies, procedures and guidelines. Participate in HR audits and compliance

reviews, monitor policy adherence and recommend corrective actions where

necessary. Support Environmental, Health and Safety workplace initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications &Experience

·DiplomainHumanResourceManagement or any business-related field

·Atleast1 yearofgeneralistHRexperience

·HRprofessionalmembershipan added advantage

·Excellentplanning, organization,interpersonal,

problem-solving,anddecision-makingskills

·Microsoft proficiency

·Tact,swiftness,andattentiontodetailaMUST

·ExpertknowledgeofSouth Sudanlaborlaws;
