Afffiliate Manager (Phillipines)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and well-connected Affiliate Manager to grow and manage our affiliate network in the Philippines. You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and nurturing affiliate partnerships under Revenue Share and CPA models, while ensuring high-quality traffic and strong long-term relationships with local partners.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an existing network in the Philippine affiliate space who wants to take ownership of a key market and directly impact business growth.

Task:

• Search for, attract, and onboard new affiliates for Revenue Share and CPA models within the Philippines market
• Conduct daily affiliate outreach and prospecting to expand the local affiliate network
• Process and qualify incoming affiliate leads on a daily basis
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates in the Philippines
• Coordinate commission payouts and ensure timely communication with assigned affiliates
• Monitor affiliate traffic and performance to identify fraud, policy violations, or quality issues
• Respond to affiliate inquiries promptly and provide ongoing support to maximize performance
• Develop and execute initiatives to grow and improve the affiliate program in the Philippine market
• Participate in local and international affiliate events, including meet-ups, conferences, seminars, and business trips
• Collect market insights and affiliate feedback, then share recommendations with the Team Lead and relevant departments
• Prepare, analyze, and present performance reports, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to support affiliate campaigns and market-specific initiatives
• Stay up to date with the Philippine affiliate marketing landscape, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or business development within the Philippines market
• Fluent in both English and Filipino (Tagalog)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify, approach, and build strong relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies
• An existing network or pool of trusted affiliates, influencers, KOLs, or partners in the Philippines is a significant advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Forex, CFD, FinTech, Crypto, iGaming, or other financial services industries is a strong advantage
