About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a Partner Acquisition Specialist to join our B2B team and help us expand our presence and partner network across Thailand and the wider Asian market.
Your primary focus will be on business development and new partner acquisition - identifying potential clients, building relationships, expanding our local network, and creating new business opportunities for our B2B SaaS solutions for CFD and Binary brokerage operations.
This is a highly relationship-driven role. You will actively represent our company in the market, attend relevant industry events and conferences, meet potential partners face-to-face, organize business meetings, and develop relationships with brokers, affiliates, entrepreneurs, industry professionals, and other potential strategic partners.
You will work closely with our international Business Development team to identify promising opportunities, introduce potential partners to our solutions, understand their business needs, and support them throughout the commercial process from the first introduction through negotiation and onboarding.
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and commercially minded person who is comfortable networking, meeting new people, and actively creating business opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come in.
Tasks
- Identify and approach new potential B2B partners across Thailand and Asia
- Build and continuously expand a strong local and regional business network
- Attend conferences, expos, networking events, and private industry events
- Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential partners
- Generate new business opportunities and develop them into commercial partnerships
- Build relationships with brokers, affiliates, entrepreneurs, and other relevant industry players
- Represent the company and our B2B solutions professionally in the local market
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
- Work closely with the international Business Development team on negotiations, presentations, and partner onboarding
- Share local market insights, competitor intelligence, and emerging business opportunities with the team
Requirements
- 3+ year experience in a Business Development role or similar in the B2B sphere
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Knowledge of the Thai business environment and the ability to communicate confidently in Thai and English are mandatory
- Strong network within the brokerage, fintech, affiliate, trading, iGaming, payments, or related industries
- An existing network of potential partners, brokers, affiliates, industry contacts, or relevant businesses in Thailand or across Asia will be a major advantage
