We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team in Markham. You don’t need sales experience. We’re looking for drive, determination and the kind of personality that makes people want to keep talking to you. We’ll teach you the rest.

What you’ll do

• Start conversations with prospects and existing customers by phone, email and LinkedIn
• Research target companies and find the right decision-makers to talk to
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for our Account Executives
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to build pipeline and hit team goals
• Keep our CRM accurate so nothing falls through the cracks

How our hiring process works

• If your application is a match, you’ll have a short call with our talent acquisition team.
• If that goes well, you’ll be invited to our recruitment day at our Markham office on Wednesday, November 18, from about 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You need to attend in person to move forward.
• On the day, you’ll meet the team, take part in a short call role-play, a written exercise and a group exercise, and chat with some of our current SDRs about what the job is really like.
